Why My Phone Shows Charging But It's Not. Final solutionplugged into USB of computer and it charges. After this I checked that the iPhones charger was plugged in properly and it looked fine.

There is no way of knowing its charging besides waiting. I turned on my phone to answer a message and the phone went dead. For some yet unknown reason all chargers will charge my wifes phone but not mine. You can use your charger to charge another iPhone.
